A Gathering with Spirit:  In an intimate gathering of spirit with people, this public demonstration of mediumship and psychic connections begins with a guided meditation to create an opening for spirit to come in. Participants must have audio capability to receive messages. Class limit and age restriction – anyone under age 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Caring Communities:  Learn how the Crime Stoppers program started, how it operates, particularly in Guelph-Wellington, and how you can provide information that could lead to a cash reward. Understand how YOU can help reduce and resolve crime in your own community!

How to make your home healthier and toxin free:  Let’s talk about replacing the toxic products in your home and see how easy it is to use essential oils and other common household products to makeover those under cabinet cleaners and personal care products! Learn some fast and easy recipes as well!

Mental Health and our Youth: Do you have a young person in your life who is struggling with their mental health and don’t know where to start to help and support them? This workshop will provide an overview of mental health and mental illness, including specific issues that are common in youth. We will also talk about how to have a conversation with youth about their mental health and strategies for increasing good mental health in your home.

Human Trafficking: You don’t think Human Trafficking happens in rural Ontario, but it does!  Understand what human trafficking or sex trafficking is, how it’s getting into your home to your children and what you can do to stop it, especially as we are all using technology and isolating at home more!  NOTE: adult content.

Come and learn from a Registered Dietitian about how to make a sensational smoothie that will help make your morning routine run “smoother” and have a stress free breakfast. Learn about different ways to make smoothies and the importance of breakfast and staying hydrated.

Colour your Summer: Join in for some fun and learn how to analyze your skin care needs with a Skin Analyzer App. This will be an interactive, social event where you learn some long-lasting summer makeup must haves to summer proof your makeup and skin.

Tackling the Stigma of Mental Health Together: Talking about mental health can be confusing and often scary, but it’s something we should all know a bit more about. This workshop will focus on the role mental health plays in our lives, some of the challenges we might face, and how to reach out and get the support you need and deserve. We will also talk about different things you can do to increase resilience and support good mental health. (recommended age 13+)
