Group Mentorship

Group Leaders are mentors looking for shorter term involvement that still make a BIG impact! Go Girls and Game On! are the group programs we offer to youth between the ages of 9 and 12. Group size per program is no more than 10 children.

Each program runs for 7 consecutive weeks, one evening per week.  Leaders are responsible for running these site-based programs at a location arranged by the agency, ie. local school gym, local church, etc.  The program is monitored by staff at intervals (first session, midpoint session, final session), but the staff are always available to support our group leaders and youth at any time!

This is structured mentoring, with a provided curriculum.  Group leaders prepare each session based on key messages, activities, and suggestions as outlined in the manual for either program.  Adding a personal touch is entirely up to the leader!
